After many months of searching, I finally found the perfect Suburban, but it's over 400mls away from my home in Missouri. The trip was WELL worth it! Sam, Kacie, McKenna, and the serviceman that worked last Saturday were pure gems. They went above and beyond to accommodate. McKenna did a video call and did a great job showing me the vehicle inside and out and answered my questions before I made the decision to make the big trip. When I arrived at the dealership everyone was super nice and accommodating. The vehicle was in a inside bay waiting for me to go through. There was absolutely no pressure from the staff and they made me feel very comfortable in their house. There was an issue with the blower fan and even on a Saturday a serviceman was able to fix it. Kacie and Sam answered all my questions and took really go care of me. The dreaded negotiation process was actually pleasant. Sam was VERY fair with numbers and turned his computer screen around to show how the numbers where working. Absolutely nothing hidden, total transparency. You can definitely tell that these people love their jobs and care about whoever walks through their doors. Thank you VERY much for the easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. The warmth and personable touch you guys showed me was/is not gone unnoticed and VERY appreciated. This dealership is not like all the others out there. They actually care about who walks through those doors and want to help you. Keep up the great work and it was great working with you!!

We just purchased a Silverado from Wheelers. Aaron and Sam made it a smooth process. At 65 years of age, I have purchased a LOT of vehicles from various dealers and usually left feeling I got short changed at some point in the transaction. We walked away from this deal feeling totally satisfied. They were upfront with us, and listened to our wants and needs to make the whole experience as smooth as possible. i was very pleased to see the exact truck I was looking for on Wheelers website and have to say it was a very easy process from first call to driving away in my new truck. They were very thorough with explaining all the accessories it came with and were quick to answer any questions. They also helped install the SiriusXM radio. They contacted me for the next couple weeks to make sure all was going well with the truck. When I did have an issue with the truck, they were quick to help fix the problem, and I need to say I truly appreciate them working with me and during the whole time telling me they wanted to make sure I was taken care of. They were true to their word, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dealer that you can trust.

Wheelers just saved us and our horses. After our own failed attempt they got our trailer tire changed and while changing it they noticed our second tire had been damaged by the blow from the first. They changed both tires and got us on our way faster than a Nascar pit crew!! Thank you guys so much!!

wonderful staff very nice and professional

I found the truck I had been searching for online at Wheelers and was able to make a fair deal with the incentive they had of the accessory add on. They kept daily contact with me as to when add on item of a fifth wheel hitch came in and when the rustproofing was complete. Within 1 week my truck was ready to hit the road just as they promised. I would recommend Wheelers in Coloma to any one looking for a new or used vehicle.

bought a new 2019 Chevrolet Silverado. Top notch service from the whole crew in Coloma.

Had a check engine light on for a oil pressure switch. Brought the truck in only had to wait an hour and it was done. They even called my extended warranty holder to see if it was covered. They had a nice waiting area and were very easy to talk to. Highly recommend for vehicle servicing.

My oil change experience was amazing! I trusted my technician fully and new I was advised properly of maintenance that needed to be done and things I should watch for in the future! I got an oil change and an education �
